Sharing a few items I have created. I enjoy creating useful items such a purses, eyeglass cases, neck pouches,and pendants using the crazy quilt method. Below are random projects I have completed to show how you can create your own style of crazy quilting. I use pastel and bright fabrics to update and make useful and appealing items.

I enjoy working in miniature so I made good use of an oval macrame bead. I covered it in CQ and made a necklace
I love these vintage altered children images created by Patty of Lisa's Altered Art. I thought small fairy pouches would be fun for children.
Crazy Quilt covered Bangles
I chose some of my favorite themes for these bracelets, Victorian pansy, Gypsy, and Sea themes.
The three velvet purses below were created using hand dyed velvet in very light pastels for the purse body. They are little lady purses.
Inner Child dolls are filled with fresh Lavender buds.

Crazy Quilt Microscope Slide Pendants
Using a vintage optical lens for front and a watch crystal for back, I sandwiched a tiny crazy quilt piece in between and soldered to seal. I used pieces of my mother's broken rhinestone bracelets from the 1950's for additional "bling"
